Quality Improvement Shadowing Program
We offer an unique opportunity for UBC students to get an in-depth look at healthcare leadership by shadowing professionals in non-traditional roles such as Accreditation and Human Factors. Learn about how individuals in the quality improvement sector work to re-structure and streamline processes such as surgical operations and the staffing of human resources to elevate the quality of patient care and patient safety.
